Momentum was created to empower and support mothers by connecting them with others who truly understand their experiences. Our unique pod-based model brings together moms at similar life stages—such as new mothers, mothers returning to work, or parents of teens—in small, supportive groups led by certified life coaches. Through a combination of professional facilitation and peer connection, Momentum helps mothers find lasting guidance and friendship.
